The real secret to our superior learning environment is the passion and dedication of our directors and teachers. Many have been with us for ten years or more. They care for each child as if they were their own and they love what they do.
All teachers are required to attend a Teacher Orientation, complete our training program, hold current certification in Infant/Child First Aid and CPR, and meet or exceed MD State Department of Education certification requirements.
The Young School has a full time Educational Director who has guided the development of our unique and fully accredited proprietary curriculum. She travels from school to school, working with each teacher and director to constantly enhance our programs and ensure we deliver the absolute best learning experience for each child.
