Welcome to Young School of Meadow Creek! Our school is conveniently located at the Village at Meadow Creek here in Westminster.

We offer programming for infants through pre-kindergarten with flexible full- and part-time schedule options to meet your family’s needs. Our curriculum is inspired by two internationally acclaimed programs: Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) and the Reggio Emilia approach.

Classes are taught by our dedicated teaching staff who participate in ongoing professional development and training, including maintaining current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certifications.

Ashley Bare, Director

Education: Completing Associates in Early Childhood Education/Special Needs

Certifications: 90 Hour Preschool Certificate, 45 Infant/Toddler Certificate, MSDE Credential Level 4

Ashley has been with the Young School since 2016. She first started as an infant care teacher and made her way to twos and preschool. After several years, Ashley became a Cottage director and then made the move to the front office. Ashley lives with her Husband- Cody, Son- Colter and 2 dogs- Nova and Posie in Littlestown PA. Her son will be a Young School Graduate come 2029-2030.
