Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Young School of Honeygo, located at the Village of Honeygo here in Perry Hall!
We offer programming for infants through pre-kindergarten with flexible full- and part-time schedule options to meet your family’s needs. Our curriculum is inspired by two internationally acclaimed programs: Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) and the Reggio Emilia approach.
Your child's safety is our highest priority. Classes are taught by our dedicated teaching staff who participate in ongoing professional development and training, including maintaining current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certifications.

Stacy Knott, Director
Education: B.A. in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix, A.A.S. in Early Childhood Education from the Community College of Baltimore County
Stacy joined the Young School in 2005 and has served in various roles over the years! She has always had a passion for education and has always appreciated the Reggio curriculum provided here at the Young School. As a parent she was able to watch her three children grow up through the program and she couldn't be happier with the program we provide.

Education: Early Childhood Education Degree
Shannon has been a part of the Young School family for over 20 years! Her passion for education always shines as she supports the teachers and guides them in understanding the program. Shannon has had two children grow through the program and she values the program as both an educator and a parent.

Jessica Jerome, Assistant Director
Education: A.A. in Early Childhood Education
Jessica has been a part of the Young School Family since 2010! As a Math and Science teacher, Jessica's lesson plans and engaging environment always stood out. Now that she is an Assistant Director, she loves to share her knowledge with newer teachers and support their own ability to create an engaging center.
