Meet Our Staff
Melissa Oswalt, Director
Education: Early Childhood Education
My passion for early childhood education began nearly 20 years ago when I joined The Young School. Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to learn about the RIE and Reggio Emilia philosophies from experienced teachers and leaders who have helped shape my approach to early learning. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where every child and family feels supported, valued, and at home at The Young School Kendall Ridge.
Meet Our Staff
